JOE'S ROAD FISHERY (CORNARD TYE)
Brief description of fishery:
Joe’s Road Fishery is located just on the outskirts of the village, nestled in a picturesque setting. This mature 3-acre lake, surrounded by beautiful lily weed beds, is a fantastic spot for pleasure, match, and specimen anglers alike. With 22 well-maintained swims, most of which can accommodate a bivvy, this fishery offers plenty of space for a relaxing day on the water. The lake is now fully otter-fenced, including electrified fencing for added security.
The water teems with a variety of species, including bream, carp, rudd, roach, perch, and tench. It’s a delightful place to fish, whether you’re using a pole or fishing with alarms. The lake reaches depths of 5 to 6 feet, providing a diverse fishing experience.
Fishing is permitted only from the designated swims, and vehicles should be parked in the car park behind the locked barrier.
